Brief Answer:
It's Viral Infection

Detailed Answer:
HI

Dry cough with no fever is most likely due to viral infection .

I advise you to start Syrup Reswas . You need to consult a local doctor for prescription .

Also do Salt water gargling 3-4 times every day , Drink Hot water , Avoid Non veg food and oily food . Avoid Curds and butter milk .

If in case you develop fever kindly let me know .

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
It's antacid

Detailed Answer:
Riflux forte is an antacid . It works for acidity but not cough.
If you can't get any other medicine then do more salt water gargling and get medication tomorrow.
