Question: hi, my 3 years old boy has developed rashes on his thighs and groin area. he weighs 15 kgs. kindly suggest some medication. Thanks.

Perhaps he has either a fungal infection or an eczematous skin condition. Does he complain of any symptoms? Like itching?

He seems to have miliria rubra. Perhaps it is due to excessive sweating. I suggest that you use a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion, 2-3 times a day for a few days. Bath him twice daily with cool water. Preferably allow him to stay in a cool environment preferably an AC environment.
