Question: Hi sir....my baby is only 4mounth old ...and he coufe ,loose stool,and high temt. 104.5....what shoud I have to do

The kid may be suffering from viral infection which is common at this age.
Give paracetamol according to weight.
Antibiotics is only required if there is purulent discharge or chest infection.
Keep a look on respiratory efforts and consult a pediatrician for examination.
Breast feeding to be continued and oral rehydration therapy to be given to prevent dehydration.
Visit a pediatrician as soon as possible.
