Question: I am 15 weeks pregnant now. Can you help me in list of food items that will help in developing baby with all nutrition?

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is a very important phase of pregnancy and rather whole pregnancy from now onwards needs a lot of care and nutrition.
Take a note of the following points -
- have a good rest with no exertion at all
- take ample amount of water
- take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- take high protein diet of pulses, cottage cheese and non vegetarian food including eggs (in case you are a non-veg)
- avoid any kind of stress
- keep taking all the medicines as prescribed daily without a miss.
