Hidradenitis Suppurativa is suppurative skin disease. This is rare disease and found in 1 in every 200 people. Females are more prone to expose this disease.
Homeopathy is well known in case of chronic skin disease.
Selection of homeopathic medicine is done strictly on the basis of Symptom similarity and may differ case to case.
Before suggesting any medication I want to clear some more thing and want you to answer the following question

1 Since how long you are suffering with this disease?
2 which part of the body/Location are affected?
3 Type of discharge (if any)?

I can understand and can assure you for permanent cure for this problem.
You will be alright after the medication

I am prescribing some medicine for you kindly take as suggested
1 Silicea 1CM 4 drop once in a month (take 4 drops on the tongue every fix date of the month i.e. 1st dose 10 December, 2nd dose 10 January) (made in German)
2 Hepar Sulph 3x 4 pills three times in day
3 Radium Brom 200 6 pills or 4 drops on the tongue once in day (made in Germany)
4 R53, 20 drops with half cup of water once in day orally (reckweg series)

All the medicine are taken through oral route only

Understand action of homeopathy medicine are comparatively slow than allopathy medicine so you have to keep patience and take the medicine as suggested.
The condition may be arising, aggravation in your present complains. All the symptom may aggravate there may be heavy discharge also.
so don't be panic in such condition once it’s over you will be alright so be ready to for any situation. That is a part of homeopathic medicine.
In such case stop the medicine for day one or two and then restart it again.
