Brief Answer:
not a cause for worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I wouldn't worry about the fatty liver.
Are your shot and sgpt levels normal?
Are hepatitis b and c markers negative?
If yes then you should not be too concerned about the fatty liver.
Regular exercise brisk walk 30 to 40 min 3 to 5 times a week or its equivalent should help.
Avoid alcohol, deep fried foods, simple carbohydrates and you should do well.
Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
need more tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Could you let me know the exact shot and sgpt values and the total white cell count along with lymphocyte percentage? It would be helpful if you could upload all your reports.

Mild lymphocytosia might not be significant.

In case shot and agpt levels are high I would advise ANA and serum ceruloplasmin levels to be done.

Dr Samir Patik
