Question: Good evening! Suffered from typhoid, now recovered, but feeling weak, not able to eat well, no taste, aged 53, BP under control, not diabetic, please give me diet suggestions.

I understand your concern.
Weakness post typhoid is very common.
If you are not feeling hungry then you can take Appetite Stimulant syrups like Stimuliv or Aptivate.
In diet you should take more of fruits including apple, orange. These are rich with vitamin A and C, so will give you immunity and energy.
You can even take fruit juice freshly prepared at home.
This is winter season so in market you can find a lot of green leafy vegetables like Spinach, Methi. Take them as much as you want.
Eating raw paneer will also help you in getting good amount of Calcium
Vegetable soup will also give you instant energy and will improve your appetite.
You should avoid oil, butter , ghee, tea, coffee, spices.
