Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it is good to be having pre morbid free life. Blood pressure if uncomplicated is easier to control and helps to reduce complications relating to it. It's good that you are quite concerned in achieving a good control.

Simple measures to start with are life style modifications which involve exercises including brisk walks, and squatting or other mildly strenuous exercises may help. Avoiding excessive salt intake as it can lead to sodium and fluid retention and hence directly increase blood pressures.

Also avoid greasy, oily, fatty diets and diets with high salt or fat content like red meat etc. Taking fiber rich diet and always keeping some appetite left before calling off the meal instead of fully filling up the stomach is a good approach as it keeps the metabolism going and degrades extra fat and glycogen stores of the body.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
