Question: I am cracked heels,now i am having pain also.i applied cracked heel ,crack etc.. available in shops.

I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer that contains urea 10% or 20% in a cream form
You may mix this with a potent topical steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream and apply twice daily.

Yesterday i purchased the clobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment from nearest medical shop and started applying yesterday itself.

Pain got reduced almost.how long i need to use this ointment.this will remove my crack fully or after this cream any other ointment need to use.

Hi.

I usually ask my patients to mix the topical steroid cream with a moisturizer (1:1) and apply twice daily.
I ask my patients to follow up after 2 weeks

Once the skin condition improves significantly (usually 2-4 weeks), topical steroid cream can be discontinued whereas the moisturizer can be continued further for maintenance.

I suggest you to visit a dermatologist and take the treatment under his/ her supervision.
