Tab Pioz contains Pioglitazone which reduces insulin resistance and help in controlling blood sugar levels.

One can not suggest substitute for it without knowing your blood sugar levels and other medicines are you taking.

Brief Answer:
Increase in dose of Metformin may help.

Detailed Answer:
Following are anti-diabetic medicines from the list of Medicine you have mentioned
Tab Glycomet GP2 contains Metformin 500mg & Glimepiride 2mg.
Tab Onglyza contains saxagliptin.
Tab Pioz contains Pioglitazone 7.5mg.

You have not mentioned frequency of taking these medicines.

I may suggest (considering normal heart & Kidney function)
- To continue Onglyza as before.
- Considering you are taking Glycomet GP2 once a day I may suggest to continue once a day before breakfast.
Add Tablet containing Metformin SR 1 gram like Tab Glycomet SR 1 gram after dinner.
- And stop Pioz.

Rest other medicines continue as it is.

Recheck blood sugar levels after 3 to 4 weeks accordingly further changes in medication if required can be done.

Hope this helps you.
