"I donw blowjob of my own".. no oral sex....Blowjob is nothing but oral sex!
"But since then I have started feeling gastric" ... you mean gastritis?
HIV cannot produce symptoms on the very next day in any case. Virus needs minimum of 72 hours to get established in human system and to produce an infection. Earliest symptoms due to HIV can occur only after 4- 6 weeks after the exposure. So your throat pain is not at all related to HIV. Throat pain can occur to anyone at any point of time due to various reasons (bacteria). such a common illness,
Your activity like sucking breast has no risk for STI?HIV. Even if we consider her that she is HIV positive individual and she is lactating, even then a single encounter of breast sucking can not produce HIV. Breast milk contains very low concentration of virus when compared to blood, semen and vaginal fluid. Only repeated action of breast feeding can cause HIV infection in children, that too, in the long run (in Months), and not with a single occasion. The incidence of acquiring HIV through breast milk is 10-15%. So not to worry.
If you have doubt and fear in spite of all my explanations, you can consult a HIV specialist and start post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) preferably within 72 hours after the exposure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Hand job is different from blow job. Hand job is absolutely safe. As you had not indulged in either vaginal, oral or anal sex you are absolutely safe as far as HIV/STI is concerned.
As per the activities mentioned by you, I feel that you need no tests for HIV/STI. You can resume with your normal routine.
