Question: Sir , i am 20 YO male .
Sir , i have problem in bowel and urination . Sir i feel shy speaking these things , so i’ve written symptoms as brief and detailed as possible.
Bowel problems :
Feeling as though fecal matter is coming through some obstruction . Fissure was found some time back. Sometimes (once a day) i feel like i want to poo but cannot . When this happens , because i am exerting quite some pressure on pelvic region , i then have very painful small spurts of urine . Pain mostly in penis and region near penis . This pain is very acute , as though spikes in penis , but goes away itself in 10 - 30 min mostly . Also some irritable feeling near asshole after pooping .
Sometimes when i consume fats like butter , cream in amounts more than average , next day i have hollowish excreta which floats . Else , normal excreta on most days but above symptoms .
Urine problem:
Frequent urination . Cloudy , bubbly urine , which i’ve read is indication of UTI . Pus was found in earlier urine test . But no UTI found in subsequent test . Could be infection in Prostate ? because sometimes uneasy feeling in region near prostate and anus .
As mentioned earlier in bowel problem , when i feel like pooping but cant poop , obviously i exert pressure in pelvic region due to which very painful small spurts of urine come , which causes acute pain in penis .
Uneasy feeling of as if something in region near anus . Not constant , sometimes is there , sometimes not
Sir please help me . When this pain thing happens once in a day , the pain is very acute , though short lived , 10 to 30 mins . Sir am i gonna die ?? Is this some cancer or stuff ??

Any untreated inflamation in this area may cause inflammation of surrounding nerves and muscles and hence can mimic all the symptoms you are having.
History of exerting pressure while defecating also supports the fact that a possible Inflammation could be there.
Suggestions-
Few tests have to be done like
MRI sacro illiac joint and MRI pelvis-yo rule out involvement of nerves and inflamation.
Complete blood count-Infection marker.

But sir I've had this painful spurts of urine problem since like 10 years ago , but i ignored it because it wasn't that frequent.
But now this painful spurt after not being able to empty bowels is becoming frequent.
So please explain me about this painful urine spurt . I got ultrasound done yesterday, i have no stones and prostate size was normal.
