Brief Answer:
Keep up the positive attitude.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, I admire your boldness and positive attitude.
Majority number of people in your age group have an urinary problem, after the same surgery, with re-insertion of catheter.
This is due to prostate gland enlargement. You're already on Flomax for the same. You'll need to have a combination of Flomax with Dutasteride.
That will take care of your urinary problem.
You should check your blood creatinine, HbA1C, sodium and potassium, PSA, and have an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Wondering why a fistula was made, when you've not had any dialysis so far.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
