Although I still didn’t got any attachment of reports but as I got answer to my question so I would like to tell you that the ideal INR value after valve replacement should be 2-2.5 and the INR report of 2.43 was the most ideal among all.

So as per the latest report (3.04) its slightly towards higher side. I would like to suggest you to kindly repeat it along with LFT test and revert back with reports.

Detailed Answer:
At her age group an INR of 2.5 to a XXXXXXX of below 3 is ideal as more the INR more are the chances of internal bleed. Make 3 mg alternatively and check after 1 week again.
