Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and see the pictures you uploaded and here is my advice.
He is having small blisters slightly elevated from skin .
I also want to know if he had fever in a moment before or not.
I believe it can be chickenpox. Tell me also if he is vaccinated for it or not . You can use menthol talk over them to avoid itching.
Let me know if I can assist you further

He had fever about 2 weeks ago and later his mom had blisters on hand foot and tongue which i guess is coksackie ( dont know how to spell it ) but its hand foot and mouth disease. but when he had the fever he got the blisters in mouth but no rash did appear. What do you think caused those blisters on his lower legs? and how about the foot and what about the forehead ?

Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem hand foot and mouth disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't find these blisters related to head foot and mouth disease or to the fever he had two weeks ago. I think this is most probably another viral episode possibly chicken pox. Just monitor him the next hours and days. Use menthol talk on blisters.

Brief Answer:
Can be insect bites.

Detailed Answer:
If they have been there for three days and not increasing in number and spreading in other parts of the body it can't be chicken pox.
They can be insect bites then. You can disinfect them or even use an antibacterial cream.
