Pregnant. Done sonography and blood tests including rubella. Get her vaccinated for tetanus?

Question
My wife is 17 weeks pregnant. While we have got all sonography and blood tests done (including Rubella), someone suggested me that we need to get her vaccinated for Tetnus etc. Kindly advise

Yes, the advice given is right.
It is mandatory get vaccinated against tetanus during pregnancy, but this is not the right time.
Total 2 doses of Tetanus vaccine are required at 7 month and 8 month of pregnancy.
Your gynaecologist will advise you at the proper time.
Apart from this,
Give her good nourishing diet.
Keep regular follow up with your doctor.
Discuss with your doctor about supplementation of iron,folic acid and calcium.
