Brief Answer:
Advised to get Clinically examined by an Internal Medicine Specialist...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've checked all the attached reports...

There are multiple issues, like Dyslipidemia and obesity, anemia (iron and nutritional deficiency likely), Vitamin D deficiency as well as borderline blood sugar control...The leg pain can be secondary to some of these deficiencies...

First of all, she needs to be thoroughly examined by an Internal Medicine specialist to determine the further course of action...Appropriate supplementation in form of medication will also be needed thereafter...

The thyroid function test should be reassessed once these corrections are done (preferably after another 3 months)...

Nothing to worry, just go ahead to get her evaluated by the Internal Medicine specialist and management accordingly...

Take Care
Kind Regards
