My Viral Capsid IGM Was Negative, But My IGG Was

Question: My viral capsid IGM was negative, but my IGG was 403.  The confusing part is that my EBNA was in the 300s.  I had the test done after being sick and then having a lingering sore throat for 2 weeks.  Strep test was negative.  Sore throat and swollen gland(s) persisted up until a day or two ago which is a month from when I initially became sick with what I thought was a cold virus.  I am tired.  But not excessively and never had any known spleen or liver issues.  Do I have mono currently or recently or are the test more indicative of past infection? I am 48 years old.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. If you are having high IgM then it is recent infection but if you are having high IgG then it is the past infection that has given u immunity. May be you are having infectious mononucleosis due to recent infection but already you are immuned to it.
