It is considered normal

Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and report and understand your concerns.
Small amount of fluid in endocervical canal sometimes due to cervical stenosis, PCOS and cervical infection.

my cycles are between every 29 - 31 days. abundant the first 2 days. I have had a tubal ligation for 2 years. My pap last year was normal. the reason for my ultrasound is that I have pelvic pain that radiates to the back. my primary doctor prescribed me docicycline. I'm going to OB my next week.

Brief Answer:
Most likely due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
In my opinion it is most likely due to pelvic infection, you can take antibiotics and analgesic for the same.
You can go for MRI pelvis to rule out the other causes of your backache.
Start with calcium and vitamin d3.
Hope found useful
