1-Sep-23 11.30 PM 101.2 (Zerodol P)

3-Sep-23 9.00 AM Headache + Throat Pain (Zerodol P)

3-Sep-23 7.30 PM Headache + Throat (Zerodol P)

Please do not give zerodol P, din give plain paracetamol during fever.it is normal virul flu, will improve in 3 to 4 days.
Get one CBC TEST done, to rule out bacterial infection.
