Question: My periods are very irregular and I have been diagnosed with PCOS. Attaching my Abdominal scan report. Please help me if it's really to be attended on urgent basis?

I suggest you to get your thyroid and prolactin hormone tested.
Need more details like your age,weight ,height ,married etc
If your weight is more , try to reduce by modifying your life style.
If not , need to get a gynaec check up directly to add few medicines to regularise your periods.
