Question: My mother having urine incontinence problem. Age 50, uterus removed on 2008. But now a days she facing more urine leakage problem during coughing, laughing and sneezing. What's the proper treatment need to take.

Stress incontinence occurs when the muscles soft tissue structures that support the urinary bladder become weak. It is quite common among old age females especially who had multiple vaginal deliveries and ladies with obesity and over weight.
A Urinary stress test is required to make a diagnosis.
Most cases can be managed with pelvic floor exercises and bladder training. In severe cases surgical correction like sling procedures may be needed.
