Brief Answer:
You will need medicines like fenofibrate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You ll need to modify your diet significantly for this. You need to avoid high calorie, oily diet, and need to regular exercises to maintain it. Should have exercises at least 30 min a day according to your capacity.
And definitely, you need to be on medications and preferred one is tab fenofibrate 160 mg which is given once a day after dinner. So, you should have this prescribed from local doctor and will be continued till 6 weeks and should have recheck lipid profile after that to see the response. If there response then need to be continued for a longer time till it is controlled.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
better to avoid it at present

Detailed Answer:
Actually, at present since triglycerides too much elevated, so it's adverse effect in this situation is not well studied. And it's efficacy is not great here. So, it's better to avoid it and have the medicines which is preferred and well studied for this purpose (fenofibrate). Later you may have it after triglycerides are bit controlled.
