Question: My cholesterol level is high my last test on 07/ Oct/2020(181cm, 87kg).How should I reduce these to normal level. The Total cholesterol -239 mg/dL
Trigglycerides-290mg/dL, H.D.L Cholestro - 44 mg/dL L.D.L Cholestrol[Direct]- 157 mg/dl V.L.D.L -41 mg/dl Total Chol/ HDL Chol Ratio: 5.43 LDLChol/HDL Chol Ratio -3.57 Also TSh level - 5.06 uIU/ml
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone-5.06 uIU/ml
Glucose Fasting 76.2 mg/dL

Hello

Now if you are young this can be very well taken care with the help of strict lifestyle modifications which include

1. Daily exercise for 35 mins for atleast 5 days a week.

2. No junk food or fried food.

3. Take dinner atleast 2 hours before sleep.

4. Avoid taking extra sugars.

5. Increase intake of protein and fibre in your diet.

Follow this routine strictly for atleast 3 months and then repeat your lipid profile again.

Thanks for the answer. I am 30 year's old. Not doing exercises at all. I am aiming for weight loss also? Will that help? Can I have low carb high protine dite?
