Brief Answer:
Need some information please

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting here. I think your kid is having habitual constipation. I have certain questions and suggestions for you.
The reports are not in English and I am not able to read them.
Questions:
1. Did your kid pass motion or meconium on day one of life?
2. Since how long is the kid constipated?
3. Does the kid have any bleeding along with hard stools?
4. How much milk does the kid consume per day?
5. Does the kid eat fruits and vegetables (fibre diet) appropriately?
6. How much water does he consume per day exclusively?

Brief Answer:
We need to rule out Hirschsprung's disease

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with the requested necessary information.

There are 2 possibilities here -
1. Habitual constipation.
2. Hirschsprung's disease

You should discuss this 2nd possibility with your pediatrician and get him evaluated, please.
I am suggesting because his diet, fruit and water intake is already appropriate.

Best regards

Suggestions on chronic colitis

Detailed Answer:
The above description is suggestive of chronic colitis but at the same time this is not hundred percent confirmatory of inflammatory bowel disease or ulcerative colitis.

No need to be scared because in today's medical advancement all the diseases are very much controllable.

May I know what your paediatric gastroenterologist has suggested please?
