Question: hi, i fell of my motorbike yesterday afternoon - no visible damage but a sore hip and side. when i woke up this morning i noticed i was peeing small amounts of blood, the pain has gotten better. Can this be serious?

Based on the description it can be either
1. partial urethral injury or
2. Bladder injury- most probably contusion.
You need to consult urgently when.
1. Bleeding has increased.
2. You are not able to pass urine freely.
3. There is Pain in the lower part of the abdomen.
Otherwise, consult your family doctor electively.
