Question: Me and my wife had protected sex and ejaculation was also outside vagina, inside condom, not once did I ejaculate while inside her, pulled out before ejaculation and with condom. Her due menstruation date was 23rd last month and she is yet to get it. What could be the problem? She suffers from pcos.

2) Delay could be due to PCOS or stress.

She is having cramps since 23rd. Also her haemoglobin stays on the lower side. Her last menstruation was heavy.
