Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

To increase your weight you would need to increase the amount of calories you eat and drink in a day and also decrease your activity. Too much exercise or activity would result in loss of weight.

To increase the amount of calories you use during the day you can consider doing the following: (1) eat frequently- you should use 3 main meals and two snacks a day
(2) Use snacks that have a high amount of calories such as nuts, potato chips
(3) Increase the portion sizes of your food
(4) Add substances like peanut butter, butter, olive oil, dressings, normal mayonaise and cheese to your meals to increase their caloric value
(5) consider the use of protein bars

To decrease the amount of energy you loss with activity you would need to decrease fidgeting and excess exercise.
After you have started to eat more then you can consider muscle strengthening exercises like weight lifting which would add bulk.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
