I’ve Been Having A Drowning Sensation For The Last Three

Question: I’ve been having a drowning sensation for the last three months. It feels like I’m full with water and I can’t catch my breath. Again, this has been happening for three months. I’ve been to five emergency rooms and have had multiples x-rays and d-dimer tests done. Is something being missed? Would a ct scan bring to light anything that is being missed?

So no need for CT scan when you have normal chest x ray and D dimer reports.
Please let me know if you have stressful life.
