Brief Answer:
Can be a blocked gland.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The small bump that you have noticed is liekly to be due to an infected hair follicle or a skin poroblem like a blocked gland. Using topical antiseptic cream like Neosporin H can help. You can also take a mild pain killer and do a hot compress to decrease any pain in the area. The itching can be related to a fungal infection. Clotrimazole pessary can help.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you for your reply. Nothing about the picture makes you think herpes? And the fact that it happens often? Do hair follicle issues happen that often?

Thank you! And it actually doesn’t hurt at all until I go to the bathroom and wipe.
