Brief Answer:
Degerative brain disease to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Tremor usually is a sign or symptom of degenerative diseases of the brain, such cerebellar degeneration, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, etc. and is not a common sign of cervical cord stenosis or carpal tunnel syndrome.

So, you should get evaluated by your Neurologist and by imaging studies of the brain such MRI in order to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
