Question: Loratadine taken last night around8pm can dime tap be given this am to a 5 yr old to relieve stuffy nose

Loratidine can be given this morning without any problems. However, giving it once a day in the evening daily for a few days is enough. Give saline nasal drops like Nasoclear drop by drop in each nostril in order to relieve the nasal stuffiness. Also give steam inhalation. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and will help in reducing the stuffiness.
