Question: I want to know if can take coq10 300mg along with my metoprolol tatrate 25mg twice a day n my atorvastatin 40mg once a day along with asprin 325 once a day

the drugs you've mentioned are not supposed to interact with Coenzyme-Q10 (ubiquinone) if this is what you mean by coq 10. Up to 200mg per day is more appropriate though.
