Is There Interaction Between Alfuzosin And Temsunol D?

Question: I am presently taking Alfuzosin 10mg for BPH relief. I had been taken Temsunol D, but it gave me dry ejaculations, and poor sexual drive.
I am also taking Cialis 20 a few hours before sex (once per week) for an ED problem.
Question......I have read that alpha blockers like Alfuzosin or Temsunol could have bad interaction with erectile dysfunction-ED drugs such as sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil. Should I be worried about that?
Is it safe for me to take an ED drug once per week if I am on an alpha blocker for my BPH problem?

I am also on Benicar 20 for high blood pressure.

You are right that there are drug interactions.

With alfuzosin all 5-PDE inhibitor drugs (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil)have significant drug interactions. Tadalafil is relatively safer and you should keep distance of at least 4 hours between these two drugs intake.

With temsunol less drug interaction is there. It can cause vaso dilatation and hypo-tension. You can take either 5-pde inhibitor group of drug with 6 hours gap without any problem.

Benicar has no drug interactions with these drugs.

Thank you Dr......so if I am taking my alfuzosin at 2PM each day, I can take my cialis once a week at 5 AM---14 hrs later with no problem---correct?
But I should always leave at least 4 to 6 hrs in between to be safe.

Thanks for follow up. Yes you can take after 14 hours without any problem. Also keep in mind that you are going to take alfuzosin next day 2 pm so distance will be 9 hours. Half life of cialis is 2 hours so there will be no issue. Keep distance of at least 4 hours.
