Is The HIV Duo Test Conclusive 3 Months Post Exposure?

Question: Hi sir, I sex with sex worker before 3.2 months,i have tested for hiv at 3 months..hiv test name is HIV DUO test.Test came negative ,shall i consider the test is conculsive or do i need to wait 6 months test..Can you prefer any another latest technology test is there to rule out hiv 100%. suugest me sir..hiv can lay demorant for years also sir.i have another big problem is that my marriage is after 2 months sir..suggest me sir..
