Brief Answer:
arhritis of tendinitis more likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are not usual symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome that goes with tingling and pain in first 3 fingers and pain during flexion of these. Your symptoms are more likely related to arthritis or tendinitis and at this point you should treat this with nonsteroid painkillers and rest. If there wont be improvement then immobilisation and more detailed tests are required. WIsh you good health. Regards
