Brief Answer:
It can be dietary deficiency or due to blood loss.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Her iron deficiency may be due to dietary deficiency or due to blood loss like excess menstrual bleeding or some gastrointestinal bleeding.

Hemoglobin should be checked. If she has low hemoglobin then further investigations are needed to search the cause. If her hemoglobin is normal then no need to worry. Just she need to replenish the iron store by iron therapy.

Weight of 50.6 kg is normal and no need to worry about that.

If she don't have any symptoms then mostly it is dietary deficiency and chances of illness are less likely.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
