Brief Answer:
Ursolic acid ( URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
You are a male of 28 years .
Let me explain in detail about ursolic acid.
Ursolic aicd acts primarily by inhibiting intestinal CHOLESTEROL ( CH ) absorption.
Has inconsistent effect on HMG-CoA reductase.
Little inhibition of hepatic cholesterol synthesis.
Does not raise plasma LDL-CH ( low density lipoprotein-cholesterol) level.
Promptly reduces CH secretions in bile.
Itself lowers CH saturation index of bile.
Promotes solubilization by liquid crystal formation.
Ursolic acid : IT IS A HYDROXY EPIMER of CHENODIOL not a natural compound aromatase.
Now about its effect on natural testosterone production.
Testes of adult male produces 3-12 mg of testosterone daily , a part of which is converted in extraglandular tissues to the more active dihydrotestosterone by the enzyme steroid 5 alpha reductase ; CHOLESTEROL is the starting material of this formation.
While ursolic acid acts on CHOLESTEROL in different way as I mentioned above.
Till date there is no scientific studies which clearly mention the role of ursolic acid in synthesis or production of testosterone in human.
I mentioned in detail so that you can understand in better way.
Hope this will help you.
