Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having eyelid infection.
Hydrogen peroxide can damage the eyes by causing epithelial damage of cornea and conjunctiva. Peroxide can result in redness, irritation of the eyes. Hence it is better to avoid the use of peroxide to clean the eye lid margin as it cause above mentioned problems if it comes in contact with the eye.

The treatment for lid infection is by use of antibiotic eye ointment. For cleaning lid infection diluted povidone iodine can be used. The use of contact lenses has to be avoided till the infection subsides.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
