Hi....dear Shaghayegh..,
Thanks for choosing HCM.,
Falling of Hair in Eye lashes..called ...MADAROSIS....
It is the general medical term for the loss of eyelashes, also known as ciliary madarosis..,
There could be a number of reasons for this, such as inflammation, autoimmune disorders or psychiatric causes....,
1) BLEPHERITIS..... is the inflammation of the eyelids and can be caused by an infection or allergy.
2) ALOPECIA AREATA.... is an autoimmune disorder where the body attacks its own hair follicles and suppresses hair growth.
3) TRICHOTILLOMANIA... is a psychiatric condition caused by people pulling out their own lashes. This is often caused by stress or tension..,
So first evaluate the cause....
a) Treat the cause..,
b) Good nutrition and baance diet..,and fresh fruits..,
c) Treat the infection........Topical apply Neosporin H and Bacitracin opthalmic cream..,
systemic....Cap Oxytetracycline (Hostacycline)..,
500 mg 2 times daily for 15 days..,
d) Intralesional Triamcinolone on affected area gives very good result..,
ok....good luck.,

hello shaghayegh ,

Eyelashes fall out normally from time to time, just as hair elsewhere on the body does. But they can also fall out for other reasons. The medical name for this problem is madarosis, Other potential causes include eyelid infections, which can result in the loss of eyelashes. An undiagnosed thyroid condition (either underactive or overactive) can also be to blame. (If so, your eyelashes will stop falling out once the thyroid problem is treated. You also should investigate the possibility of infection with a mite called D. folliculorum, which can cause swelling and inflammation of the eyelash follicles. If you're losing hair elsewhere on your body, alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition, may be the problem.
will suggest you to start homoeopathic medicines as this can solve your health consern even if you are suffeing from any of the above its safe, natural and effective. you can write down to ( for more info, will surely help you out .
wish you good health always .
