As you have crossed puberty long before, increase in height is now not possible as your bones have fused and have stopped growing further but this doesn't mean you cant still stand taller. "Height surgery" that involves inserting synthetic material near the base of the spine can increase your height by about two inches. But this surgery requires a lot of patience and consultation with orthopedic surgeon about pros and cons in your specific case before going ahead with it. There is no special diet or supplementation plan that aids in increasing height so i would advise you to refrain spending money on such claims.
