Brief Answer:
Incontinence is not normal after laminectomy spine,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Incontinence is not normal after laminectomy spine,
You need further investigation to see for nerve damage.
You may need urinary studies and nerve conduction studies.

You may need to do MRI spine with contrast again to see for nerve compression

For these symptoms neurotropic medication can be started consulting your doctor.
Muscle toning medication may also help till time.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
