Brief Answer:
Fish oil can use in Crohn's disease...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and can say that fish oil supplement is advised as adjuvant therapy in patients with Crohn's disease. It will help regenerate the wounds.

However, it won't cure the real disease. That's why specific treatment is advised.

Hope it helped!
