Hello,

Thanks for the query.
Do you have yellowish discoloration of eyes or skin? Or just the serum bilirubin is 1.5?
Do you had food poisoning or Hepatitis previously?
Why did you get the bilirubin test done?
Was an Ultrasound done? can you share the report if done?

Awaiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
Safely gym and eat chicken

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The rise in bilirubin can be due to several serious reasons and some unknown simple reasons. Simple reasons do not necessary need treatment. Serious reasons are obvious alcohol, viral infections, stones in the duct etc.

I think you can safely go gym and have only cooked chicken once or twice a week. Fish is better in these cases.

You may want to know the reasons for rise in bilirubin, such case you should visit a gastroenterologist. The possible reasons can be identified.

All the best.
