Brief Answer:
Please provide more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Can you please provide more information? Does it look swollen? Deformed? Discolored? Is there a problem with it becoming fully erect? Do you want to upload a (good quality) picture so that I can see what you are referring to? Then I can try to provide more specific information. Also, have you always noted this situation or is it something new?

Question

Detailed Answer:
Do you feel any lumps?

Is the problem that you are noting on the left side of the scrotum? I see what looks like loose skin there (such as in the second picture) but otherwise don't make anything out as very unusual.

What looks different to you?

Nothing looks different to me, it just that the ball sometimes forms well shaped and sometimes it looks unshaped as you can see in the picture.

Brief Answer:
I think this is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Yes, they can shift around. That is normal. There is a muscle called the cremaster that can cause the scrotum to pull up on one side or the other. They shift around from being hot or cold temperature too. One side can be bigger than the other too (as long as both testes are descended and present.)

So I think this is normal.

If you were to feel either a lump, or a sort of cyst or bulge, then do go get them checked out in person where the doctor can palpate the tissue and feel what is going on.
