Haemorrhoidal cushions are basically engorged blood at 4 , 7 and 11 o clock of anus and yes when strining or constipation or raised intra abdominal pressure, these can burst. However complete round protrusion may be considered for other possibilities like rectal prolapse or polyp or anal tags and fissues.
