Is A Negative HIV Rapid Test Result Conclusive 9 Years After Exposure?

Question: Dear Doctor I had unprotected sex with sex worker 9 yaars ago after that in last month I have done Hiv rapid & western Blot both test are negative. But I feeling symptoms like muscle wasting & Continues fatigue.what can I do?? I am very nervous.

Doctor Tridot & Western Blot test are accurate?? Should I do another test like PCR Or Viral load??? I lost my lean body mass from thighs, arms & butt.
Also day by day increase in tiredness. I can't run even difficult to do daily work. I have done full body check up in last month. all test are normal. Can I Believe on Tridot and western Blot test??

Sir then what can I do for muscle wasting And Tiredness.? I am continuesly loosing lean body mass.My buttocks almost flat now. Also my thighs are thin now.
