Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

It would be great to have more information about this lump. Does its size change during exercise, or when you lie down and you stand up ?

If you can, please take a photo of it and upload it here. I would be able to tell you what steps we need to do and would be also able to give an opinion about the possible diagnosis.

Awaiting..

Detailed Answer:
I suggest you do an ultrasound of this lump to see its structure.

Since you noticed it this morning, probably its an epigastric hernia or a diastasis recti. Boath these conditions can be diagnosed by physical exam and ultrasound will give extra information

Also a lipoma (growth of fat cells) is an option.

We will know more after you do a physical exam and an ultrasound of this lump. I suggest to not rub it anymore, because since we don't know what it is, we don't know if rubbing will make it worse or not.

You can simply attach/upload the picture at the reports section, alternatively you can also e-mail it to YYYY@YYYY by keeping the subject as ATTN:Dr Endri Katro and i'll receive it..
