Brief Answer:
this is ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The doxepin is a tricyclic anti depressant which are prone to be toxic in overdose. However, 30mg is fine and not an overdose for an average individual.

The normal adequate dose of doxepin is around 75mg to 150mg. The maximum dosage is about 300mg daily (but there can be individual differences due to genetic and metabolic differences).

If you dont have response with the prescribed dosage-please see your doctor and discuss. Its wise to cross check than to take it on your own and then get tensed.

Presently, it appears to be safe so you dont take any tension.

Wish you good health.
