Brief Answer:
Different formulation, slightly

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Sinarest AF contains Phenylephrine hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine maleate, Sodium Citrate and Menthol

Sinarest contains Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine. Its a slightly different formulation.

Sinarest is a stronger medication with nasal decongestants difference of phenylephrine.

You can use Sinarest as well. There is no major issue. However a better idea would be to follow your doctor's advice or contact him regarding the change.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
